7-DAY RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
ELIGIBLITY
If you're unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: Products under ₹1,000 are not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email info@layersindia.com with: Order number, Product images, Reason for return.
Request Processing: We’ll generate a return request within 1-2 working days.
Return Conditions
Products must be in saleable condition:
- Original tags attached.
- Undamaged packaging.
- Unused/unwashed.
Note: Damage from misuse or neglect voids return eligibility.
RETURN TIMELINE
Pickup: Scheduled within 1-2 working days of approval.
Delivery to warehouse: Takes 5-7 Working days.
Inspection: Takes 3-4 days at our warehouse.
Status Update: You’ll receive a call/email post-inspection.
Refund: Initiated within 2-3 working days after approval.
